Director of Digital Strategy

We are looking for a director-level digital expert to join our team and lead the future of our digital discipline at the agency for local, regional, and global clients. The ideal candidate would be a hands-on, well-rounded digital marketer with expert-level knowledge of organic/paid social, SEO/SEM, paid media strategy, reporting and analytics, email marketing, and marketing automation.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:
+ 8+ years of similar experience, preferably at an agency
+ Demonstrated ability to develop strategic digital plans
+ Willingness and ability to not just lead the work, but also to do the work
+ Excellent ability to guide client meetings and calls
+ Knowledge of GA4 and on-site goal setting, tracking, and analytics
+ Experience building reporting dashboards such as Google Data Studio
+ Strong knowledge of UTM best practices
+ Experience with SEO tools like MOZ or similar
+ Expertise in Hubspot and/or Pardot is a huge plus
+ Experience in media planning/buying is also a plus
+ A curious nature and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies such as AI
