We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our talented team. As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their marketing needs, and coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns. This role will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and achieving organizational goals.

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Regularly communicate with clients to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
- Translate client objectives into actionable marketing campaigns, including defining target audiences, key messaging, and channels
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth
- Help define marketing objectives and KPIs, target audiences, messaging, and budgets for assigned accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing channels to inform account strategies
- Manage projects across cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and digital marketers
- Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and, aligned with client expectations
- Act as a point person for vendor relationships, freelance employees, agency contacts, etc.
Skills + Qualifications:
- Exceptional client management skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and project management tools
- Solid organizational skills and project management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency
