CHALLENGE

UIG is a wholesale insurance broker with offices in Des Moines, IA, St. Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ. They specialize in hard-to-place insurance, providing independent insurance agents with quality coverage when the larger organizations simply won’t. While the insurance industry isn’t exactly known for eye-catching or “playful” communications, UIG was an upstart brand that needed a unique look and a unique voice to differentiate from the larger, more established players. We were up to the challenge, and so was the client.

SOLUTION

To truly differentiate them in the marketplace, Red Dot worked closely with UIG to implement a complete brand revolution, including repositioning the brand as friendly, loyal and trustworthy and creating a campaign featuring a name change, a logo design, a tagline, a fresh voice and a new website.  

In addition to helping the client grow on Facebook and Twitter, Red Dot also maintains a “Young Agents Group” on LinkedIn and assists UIG with blog posts and customized email blasts to generate leads. And that’s worth wagging your tail about.
